Job Summary We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team at Mountzion Community Supports, LLC. Our organization helps individuals with physical and mental challenges meet their daily needs. As a Program Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with various departments to assess their training and program needs and identify appropriate program options to address those needs.

You will also attend meetings to gain a deeper understanding of the company's goals, assist management in implementing new programs, and ensure that all company programs align with our mission and objectives. Responsibilities - Collaborate with multiple departments to build relationships and understand the unique needs of each department. Identify the best programs for each department based on their unique needs and requirements. - Support management in the effective implementation of programs. - Attend various departmental meetings to gain a deeper understanding of the organization's goals.

Qualifications -

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills. Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a management role.
