LHH is looking for a Program Coordinator near the area of Plainsboro, NJ. This position is part time and fully onsite. It is Contract (Temp). It is only pt. time. Looking for someone to start ASAP. The anticipated pay range is between $30-$34/hr. depending on experience. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned programs and initiatives.
- Schedule and organize meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program alignment.
- Track program milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Support data collection and reporting for program evaluation.
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
