Program Coordinator - Unity Health Care : Job Details

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing various aspects of the MA-to-RN Pathway Program, ensuring its successful execution and alignment with Unity's organizational goals. MAJOR DUTIES/ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:Responsible for planning and implementing programs. Oversee daily program operations. Coordinate schedules. Ensure program milestones are met. Creating a program budget with the help of management and staying within it. Organizing the training, scheduling and performance management of program staff. Communicating with staff, stakeholders, and program participants. Monitoring the success of programs and prepare monthly status reports. Manage confidential files relevant to staff and programs. Performs other duties as assigned.
