Role Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide cross-departmental production-oriented support to senior members of the Case Management business unit.
  • Learn and apply understanding of H-2 regulatory requirements, rules, and procedural obligations.
  • Draft and review government filings and client communications for accuracy, concision, and completion.
  • Consult with clients on H-2 employer obligations, distilling complex regulatory information and coordinating with government agencies on clients' behalf.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive work environment.
  • Interface directly with 3rd Parties on key worker-level details, obtaining required documentation and providing timely updates on worker-readiness status

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience (any combination of professional experience and/or collegiate academic experience)
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
  • Superb attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task with little supervision
  • A positive, team and success-oriented attitude
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $55-60K salary, commensurate with experience and location
