                Your Role as a Program Coordinator:
                • Program Oversight and Coordination - Coordinate service delivery for students assigned by SGASD into the LAUNCH classroom, ensuring effective implementation of programs and services.
                • Student Support Services - Provide direct services including individual and group counseling, social skills instruction, life skills instruction, case management, and supervision of students.
                • Program Monitoring and Review - Regularly meet with SGASD staff to review student progress, assess program elements, and adjust instructional and counseling services as needed.
                • Attendance and Culture Management - Maintain accountability of student attendance, foster a positive school culture and climate, and promote participation in community service and counseling activities.
                • Reporting and Documentation - Complete all required reporting documents accurately and timely, including incident reports, student progress notes, and compliance paperwork.
                • Classroom and Facility Oversight - Supervise daily classroom operations, ensure security, and oversee the maintenance of a safe and supportive learning environment.
                • Emergency and Crisis Response - Respond effectively to emergencies and crisis situations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
                • Compliance and Program Development - Monitor student files for compliance with district and state requirements, oversee program needs, and implement improvements.
                • Staff Collaboration and Communication - Maintain positive relationships with school district personnel, families, students, and community members; communicate effectively about student progress and incidents.
                • Operational Responsibilities - Uphold the vision, mission, and core values of River Rock Academy; demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and sound judgment in daily duties.
                • Physical and Work Environment - Perform necessary physical activities, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to safety procedures.
                Required Qualifications:
                • Five or more years of experience in counseling, social skills/life skills instruction, case management, and supervising high school students.
                • Strong oral, written, and computer skills.
                • Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team.
                • Valid driver's license and ability to drive as needed.
