Job Title: Bilingual Project Coordinator II (Spanish & English)

Location: Onsite – Seattle, WA

Type: Contract (6 months with strong potential for extension or conversion)

Pay Range: $30-32/hr on W2

About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator fluent in Spanish and English to support a high-impact team focused on pickup and returns operations across the U.S. and Mexico. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position blends responsibilities across project coordination, customer success, account management, and accounts payable—perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of partner projects, including onboarding and support.
  • Manage purchase orders, payments, and invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze quality metrics and build reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support locker installations and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with stakeholders across regions.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of purchase order experience.
  • 1+ year of customer service or account coordination experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time and occasionally on weekends or overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Familiarity with tools like AirTable, Power BI, Tableau, or AWS visualization platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable or financial operations.
  • Understanding of Mexican business culture and tax processes.
