About the position:

The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in the operations and relationship management of programs for our international medical students and graduates, as well as our US school partners. This position acts as a liaison with physicians and their administrators to ensure program quality, document collection, and vetting of eligibility requirements. Responsibilities include all essential administrative functions, such as program creation and maintenance, ensuring all program information is correct and up-to-date on AMO's platform. The role also involves ensuring compliance with clinics, hospitals, and medical facilities, including screening immunization requirements, student documents, and other program documentation to meet standards.

While this position can be fully remote, candidates must reside in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, Florida, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, or Alabama.

Essential Functions:

  • Calling physicians and their teams via phone or video conferencing.
  • Writing engaging and strategic emails to prospective and current preceptors.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with preceptors and administrators to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Understanding and addressing preceptor and student challenges proactively.
  • Collaborating with other AMO team members.
  • Creating compelling program content reflecting student needs.
  • Reviewing and organizing submitted documents.
  • Credentialing physicians and medical professionals for compliance.
  • Maintaining knowledge of healthcare, medical education, and our products/services.
  • Supporting onboarding of programs onto AMO's platform.
  • Participating in projects to streamline processes and meet KPIs.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience:

    • Experience communicating with medical professionals or healthcare experience.
    • Interest in healthcare or medical education.
    • Experience managing multiple tasks.
    • Bachelor's degree or at least three years of relevant experience.

    Bonus:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Experience with CRM software, Slack, Trello, and HubSpot.
