Program Operations Lead the full implementation of the 21st CCLC afterschool program at PS 155. Plan and oversee enrichment activities, academic supports, and SEL programming for up to 170 students throughout the school year. Oversee development and submission of lesson plans, ensuring they align with 21st CCLC goals and complement the school-day curriculum. Ensure coordination and alignment between after-school programming and school-day instruction through regular collaboration with school staff. Oversee daily arrival and dismissal procedures, ensuring safe transitions and supervision of all students. Supervise part-time program staff and adjust staffing patterns as needed to maintain proper ratios and support high-quality instruction. Support Community Schools initiatives by participating in day-school push-in opportunities or facilitating in-school enrichment activities to promote program visibility and help meet 21st CCLC target enrollment.
