Description
As a Program Coordinator, Community Residence, you will be responsible for administrative, and programmatic oversight for the Community Residence (Miriam House), managing the team and representing the organization to outside agencies and vendors. You will report to the Executive Program Director. This is an onsite position
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Intake and Utilization Review groups and comprehensive service Miriam House clients, prospective clients, their families, and referral agencies
In collaboration with program leadership, oversee the hiring of all OMH Community Residence Staff
Direct unit staff activity and client programming
Serve as direct supervisor to residential supervisor, case manager, skill builder and maintain a collaborative relationship with intake and nursing in providing an integrated treatment and living experience for youth.
Prepare performance evaluations for above-named staff observing Agency guidelines
Monitor EHR and documentation to ensure that it complies with all regulatory requirements- this includes quality of plans, goals and progress notes written to support youth/family and the appropriate billing of services.
Coordinate Miriam house treatment to include intake, admission, and discharge planning.
Cooperate and participate with Quality Management Department in providing customer satisfaction surveys, analysis, and action plans for improvement.
In collaboration with the program leadership and administrative staff, help rotate campus-wide administrative on-call to manage off-hour program emergencies and referrals for service.
Ensure that the physical plant and other facility resources are adequately maintained.
Support the preparation and management of the Miriam House annual budget.
Prepare annual program evaluation.
Requirements and Education:
Master's degree in human services or mental health required
LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related Professional licensure preferred, but not required
One to three years of progressively responsible related experience required.
A valid drivers license required
This role is required to drive an agency vehicle
