Program Compliance Lead - The Judge Group : Job Details

Location: Boston, MASalary: $85.00 USD Hourly - $90.00 USD HourlyDescription: Job Title: Program Compliance Lead - ERPLocation: Boston, MA (Hybrid)Duration: 24+ Months About the Role We're seeking a seasoned Compliance Lead to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This role will ensure that new business processes and software configurations align with fiscal laws, regulations, and internal control standards. You'll collaborate across technical, financial, and risk management teams to design and implement compliance protocols that meet enterprise-wide needs. Responsibilities You'll lead efforts across five key areas:

• Compliance Strategy & Design
• Define risk compliance protocols and audit/control features
• Develop end-user security standards and training materials
• Update internal control questionnaires and documentation
• Policy Alignment
• Collaborate with internal risk teams to revise control guides and compliance materials
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting audit and IT standards
• Testing & Validation
• Support UAT planning and execution
• Develop test cases/scripts and recommend issue mitigation strategies
• Change Management
• Identify business process changes and support change management strategy
• Advise user groups and change leads on compliance-related transitions
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Gather compliance inputs from agency users
• Recommend remediation strategies for audit findings

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Compliance, Auditing, or related field
• Extensive experience in internal audit planning, testing, and reporting
• Deep understanding of compliance statutes, policies, and control frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, Green Book)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and operate independently
• Experience developing and delivering compliance training

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis and redesign within large organizations
• Familiarity with financial management across executive and non-executive government branches
• Exposure to AI tools in regulated environments
• Knowledge of enterprise financial and HR systems
