Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program and Metrics Analyst to support both the administrative and analytical functions of healthcare program operations. This role is central to managing performance tracking, building dashboards, and supporting reporting cycles. The ideal candidate is collaborative, data-savvy, and comfortable building out systems that help teams track KPIs and make informed decisions. Requirements Key Responsibilities

  • Metric Tracking: Build, monitor, and track operational goals and program performance metrics.
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily tasks related to data collection, tracking, and reporting.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Support: Contribute to cross-functional planning and execution through performance tracking and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to define success metrics and ensure alignment with goals.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure data consistency and integrity by following established processes and performing regular quality checks.
  • Compliance Coordination: Assist in managing compliance-related data and preparing documentation for meetings.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends and performance issues and recommend improvements where needed.
What You BringRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in program coordination, operations support, or performance tracking
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to create and manage regular performance reports independently
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Bonus Points if you have:
  • Experience building dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, data, or reporting standards
  • Experience supporting compliance documentation or audit processes
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams on data or performance-related initiatives
