The Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen Foundation (LAAF.org) is an operating (non-grantmaking) foundation that provides an educational content platform to inspire, educate and empower ALL individuals to give, live and lead in a way that matters more. LAAF.org aims to be a leader in programs and resources related to women in leadership, giving and the founder's “legacy leadership” model. We are a young, evolutionary organization that democratizes access to free, highest quality digital educational resources and our founder's decades of experience as a social entrepreneur, philanthropic leader and Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) academic. Current initiatives include our founder's Stanford GSB courses and accompanying case studies, curricula, giving guides and tactical toolkits, the Legacy Leaders Speaker Series, online tools, educational videos and other resources for givers and leaders at all stages.
LAAF.org is at a strategic inflection point in building a movement around the founder's thought leadership and research as it focuses on women in leadership, her “legacy leadership” model and its giving education portfolio. The Program Analyst will play a crucial support role in creating, adapting and revising high quality resources and tools for our educational content platform, with a particular focus on the founder's Stanford GSB courses, “Philanthropy, Inclusivity and Leadership” and “Power of You: Women in Leadership.”
The Program Analyst (“PA”) will be responsible for providing critical research, strategic, digital and project management support for the organization's key initiatives. Sample responsibilities include supporting the founder by helping manage curriculum and content development for her Stanford GSB courses, conducting academic research and writing, supporting event and course logistics, creating class presentations, helping produce digital content and tools and helping generate content for social media channels. The PA will work closely with the entire LAAF.org team, including the founder and president, Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen.
