The Office of Supportive/Affordable Housing and Services (OSAHS) helps former homeless clients succeed in permanent housing by providing access to housing with support services. OSAHS works with various divisions and agencies to create and improve programs aimed at supporting homeless individuals and families.

The Program Analyst will:

  • Monitor and evaluate contracts with non-profit providers to ensure quality and compliance, including site visits and review of reports.
  • Work with providers to maintain occupancy standards.
  • Review and analyze programmatic and fiscal reports, budgets, and contract documents.
  • Prepare performance evaluations and manage contract renewals or amendments.
  • Act as liaison with contractors, government agencies, and other divisions.
  • Respond to emergencies and priority issues reported by providers.
  • Generate reports for management and participate in review committees.

    • Minimum Qualifications

    • Master's degree in relevant fields (e.g., public administration, finance, social sciences) with one year of professional experience, or
    • Baccalaureate degree with three years of relevant professional experience.

    This position is open to candidates with disabilities under the 55-a Program. NYC residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment, with some exceptions.
