Program Administrator-Respite Program Position Overview: Unison Health's Respite Program is dedicated to supporting caregivers of youth with behavioral health needs by providing high-quality, temporary relief services. We work closely with care coordinators, providers, and families to ensure a seamless, compassionate, and impactful experience for all involved. Position Summary: The Program Administrator supports the operations of our Respite Program, which provides vital services to caregivers of youth with behavioral health needs. This position plays a key role in onboarding new respite providers, ensuring compliance with program standards, and helping communicate the value of respite services to the community. Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and verify documents accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking at public events.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present program metrics clearly.
- Customer service-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be proficient with computer operations and various software packages such as Excel and Word, Power Point. Depending on the area clinical documentation systems or financial systems are also required.
- Must be able to work under stress with frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to follow complex instructions and think logically in following instructions and procedures.
- Must be able to work independently and make independent decisions when situations warrant such action.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at times hostile individuals.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends or alter work schedules to meet department needs.
Primary Duties:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new respite providers, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
- Support the Director in preparing for program reviews, audits, and data presentations.
- Prepares correspondence as requested.
- Sends initial notices and reminders to members as required.
- Collects data, prepares reports and identifies patterns and trends.
- Maintains site specific programmatic needs such as credit cards, cars, paperwork etc.
- Support the Director in various administrative and strategic initiatives as needed
