Come and join Highland Hospital's Leadership team! Highland Hospital is seeking a Program Administrator for its Emergency and Observation Unit's. Some duties include but are not limited to: Functions as the Administrator for the Emergency Department and Emergency Observation Unit. Position will be responsible for directing strategic business components, staff management, and operational and financial performance. The Administrator will provide routine reports illustrating business growth and development via P&Ls and other reports to the hospital administration and finance departments. Additionally where applicable, position is responsible for the management and reporting of finances to URFMG. Salary Range:$122,000.00 - $183,000.00 annually. The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
