About The Role

The Professional Services Consultant will serve as a product specialist delivering exceptional consulting services within their region (North America, EMEA). Reporting to the Professional Services Consulting Manager or Senior Manager, this role involves providing strategic consulting, defining client requirements, and configuring our software to meet business goals. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, consultative skills, and client relationship management to drive positive outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Consultative Expertise
  • Provide expert advice on our products, features, systems, and business processes.
  • Stay updated on product features and technology trends.
  • Support clients in achieving their business objectives.
  • Resolve complex technical issues with the Solutions Architect.
  • Configure and customize solutions to meet client needs.
Client Engagement & Delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and support tailored solutions.
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Represent the company professionally and demonstrate solution value.
  • Drive client adoption and ensure successful implementation.
Project Support
  • Manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Apply project management methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Document solutions with the Solutions Architect.
  • Maintain technical knowledge base articles.
  • Contribute to reusable assets and templates.
Team Collaboration & Operational Adherence
  • Help improve processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor associate consultants.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Share knowledge and support team objectives.
QualificationsExperience
  • 4+ years in technical or business consulting.
  • Successful client engagement and solution delivery experience.
  • Experience with enterprise software implementation and configuration.
  • Background in structured service delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills
  • Deep knowledge of our solutions (Subject Matter Expert).
  • Understanding of technical systems and integrations.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
  • Experience with enterprise software customization.
  • Knowledge of data models and workflows.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
Consultative Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Project Management Skills
