Responsibilities

The Professional Liability Adjuster will conduct office investigations and adjust Professional Liability and E&O claims. Responsibilities include:

• Investigating losses and coverage issues
• Reviewing evidence, reports, and medical records
• Establishing damages and reserves
• Processing payments
• Taking statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses
• Participating in mediations

Qualifications

• Active attorney license with at least 5 years of professional liability experience
• Experience adjusting Professional Liability and E&O claims
• Legal Malpractice experience preferred
• Active Adjuster license preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong time management skills
