The right candidate will be charged with elevating the foundation's traditional fundraising efforts to an organized and systematic program to meet its mission and strategic objectives. Our client seeks applicants who are passionate about their mission to educate communities on healthy relationships and end relationship abuse.Responsibilities:Develop and implement an innovative and effective comprehensive fundraising strategy, including campaigns and events, aligned with the organization's strategic plan.Drive process for developing and diversifying the Company's donor base and work with the team to secure funding for new initiatives.Systematically and effectively strengthen the organization's overall fundraising and donor stewardship capacity.Serve as a coach and advisor to the Company's leadership team and support them in stewarding and developing donors and external partners critical to their growth goals.Collaborate with the leadership team to oversee the annual revenue budgeting process.Cultivate and maintain relationships with top individual donors, corporate and foundation partners.Research, write, and submit grant proposals to foundations, corporations, and government agencies.Track grant deadlines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.Collaborate with the Board Development Committee and provide support for board-driven fundraising efforts.Train and coach staff and board members on fundraising best practices.Oversee the management of donor database (e.g., Salesforce).Generate regular reports on fundraising performance and donor engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFRE certification a plus.Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible non-profit fundraising experience.Proven success in securing major gifts and managing comprehensive fundraising campaigns.Commitment to the mission and values of the Company.Up to $130k DOEIf you believe that you have the qualifications listed above and would like to learn more, we will welcome the chance to review your resume.Seniority level Seniority level DirectorEmployment type Employment type Full-timeJob function Job function Business Development and Strategy/PlanningIndustries Non-profit OrganizationsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Peak Partners by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Director of Development” roles.
