Production Worker - Seated - Manpower Group : Job Details

Join a leading manufacturing company as a Seated Production Worker! We are on the lookout for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess excellent manual dexterity. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.

Location: Clear Lake, WI

Pay Range: $16 - $17/hr

Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift

What Will You Do?

• Conduct basic masking/demasking tasks and perform inspections on your work to ensure compliance with quality standards using small hand tools, microscopes, and other equipment.
• Consistently inspect your own work to meet quality requirements.
• Adhere to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling protocols when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance for team success.

What Are We Looking For?

• Candidates with a strong work history and a reliable track record.
• Proficiency in English—ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Strong communication skills for discussing production results, quality issues, and following instructions.
• Basic math skills required for the role.
