Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 60 lbs (assisted) Stand, walk, and balance constantly for 12 hours per day Crouch and bend frequently while performing tasks Operate forklifts and powered/non-powered hand tools safely Maintain personal safety in a busy industrial environment while adhering to safety protocols3. Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel oral drug screen Must be at least 18 years of age Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day, swing, or night) and overtime as needed Use of PPE as per assigned job tasksNice-to-Have Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings Forklift certification Strong attention to detail and safety awareness4.
