Production Worker - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leader in clean energy solutions, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker , you will be part of the manufacturing and assembly department supporting the production of system components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Milford, OH

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with the opportunity for overtime

What's the Job?

• Build and assemble prototype and production-level system components

• Ensure quality and accuracy during assembly processes

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow safety protocols, including wearing PAPR headcovers when required

• Document work processes and data entry with precision

What's Needed?

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, automotive, clean tech, energy, or industrial systems is a plus

• Ability to stand for the entire shift

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

• Comfortable wearing PAPR headcover as part of safety procedures
