Hours & Pay Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $15.75/hr Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Daily Responsibilities Assist operators to meet production and customer requirements while following quality and safety procedures Catch tubes exiting the draw operation and inspect for defects Alert the Draw Bench Operator to any product issues Release mandrel bars and insert into troughs for the next draw Review current orders to set temperature, speed, and material tie-downs accurately Place saddles on the furnace in-feed table and properly tie down materials to skids Untie cleared materials, bundle them, and attach travel tickets Maintain production records for each order Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned Why You'll Love This Role As part of this team, you'll enjoy a competitive benefits package and a supportive, safety-conscious work culture.
