Our client in the automotive supply chain industry is seeking Night Shift Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Night Shift Production Department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, excellent attendance record and ability to work effectively as a team member and independently which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Worker (Night Shift)
Location: Forest, VA
Pay Range: $18 per hour
What's the Job?Flipping fiberglass headliner sheets at the end of the production line and stacking the sheets onto pallets
Operating a forklift to move full pallets to the staging area
Visual product inspection and machine setup
Periodically clean out the machine to prevent fire hazards
What's Needed?Successful candidates will have 4-7 years of continuous manufacturing experience, preferably at the same company
Able to work with a fiberglass product
Willingness to learn to operate a forklift or have prior experience with forklifts
Satisfactory background check and drug screen

Night shift hours working 7 pm to 7 am
Rotating shift schedule working 2-5 days per week and every other weekend
