Job Summary: The Production Worker plays a key role in preparing parts for the application of a proprietary spray coating designed to improve product lifespan and performance. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position with significant potential for career advancement. Responsibilities:

- Visually inspect coated parts for quality and consistency
- Unload finished parts from fixtures
- Maintain accurate lot control and documentation
- Report defects in parts or coating application
- Monitor and report irregularities in spray line operation
- Support setup and changeover of spray line equipment
- Collaborate with team members and assist spray line operators
- Help train new employees as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Load parts from bulk containers onto production lines
- Load finished parts into customer-supplied containers
- Stack and prepare boxes on skids (generally under 30 lbs.)
