Job Title: Production Worker Pay: $26 after 120 working days receive a $5-7 increaseJob DescriptionThe Production Worker will play a vital role in the manufacturing and distribution of chemicals used for industrial, food, and pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, staging shipments, operating a sit-down forklift, labeling products, and handling chemical filling tasks.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks using a forklift.Stage products for shipments.Move products using a sit-down forklift.Correctly label products.Fill totes, clean them, scrape off labels, and re-label them.Complete manual fills as needed.Handle chemical products safely.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in a production environment, preferably GMP regulated.3+ years of forklift experience.Ability to read a tape measure.Must be safety-oriented and able to follow instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with staging, bagging, tagging, chemical handling, labeling, and material handling.Why Work Here?Enjoy competitive pay rates with potential for significant increases upon conversion and yearly raises. Although the environment may be dirty, it is maintained clean for the type of work performed. This is a non-union role. Protective wear, including face shields, glasses, and full rubber suits, will be provided for handling chemicals. The facility often carries the scent of ammonia or chlorine. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4:30 pm, with potential adjustments during training periods.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
