Job Title: General Production Worker - 1st Shift
Job Description
Join a global leader in bio-solutions, specializing in the production of products for yogurt and animal feed. As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step.
Responsibilities
Perform manual cleaning of machines during product changeovers.
Lift up to 50-pound bags of raw materials into hoppers.
Assist the operator in running various machines.
Learn and adhere to proper GMP requirements and chemical safety practices.
Document production runs accurately.
Essential Skills
2+ years of general production experience.
1+ years of GMP experience.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Familiarity with general production, machine operation, and general labor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in mixing and blending of powders or liquids.
Previous experience with safely handling chemicals used for sanitation.
Ability to read and write in English.
Basic mechanical aptitude.

Work Environment
Work on the 1st shift from 6:30 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. Adhere to GMP attire requirements, which include a hair net, beard net, smock, steel toes, gloves, hard hat, and safety glasses. The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and maintains a moderate pace, with occasional entry into a deep freezer at -55 Celsius.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
