Production Warehouse Helper - APS : Job Details

Automation Personnel Services is seeking hardworking and reliable Production Helpers for a manufacturing company in Baytown, TX. These positions require working rotating 12-hour shifts, including both days and nights, with the potential to work up to 80 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours: Rotating day and night shifts, 12-hour shifts, up to 80 hours per week

Production Helper Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with general production tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Operate basic machinery and follow safety protocols
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Perform quality checks on products

Production Helper Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and move for extended periods
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire
