Perform a variety of complex testing procedures on a range of products, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and specifications.2. Troubleshoot and repair issues found during the testing process, utilizing your extensive knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and optics.3. Work closely with the production team to ensure all products are tested in a timely manner and any issues are promptly addressed.4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures and results, contributing to our commitment to transparency and quality assurance.5. Assist in the development and implementation of new testing procedures to improve efficiency and product quality.6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.7. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.2. Proven experience with electrical, optical, electronic, and mechanical testing procedures.3. Experience working with medical devices is highly desirable.4. Demonstrable ability to read and interpret test instructions and technical drawings.5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.8. A commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.9.
