Production Technician Nights - Pepsi : Job Details

PBNA $28.90 / hour The Production Technician takes a lead role in maintaining and improving the performance of all equipment throughout the plant. Position collaborates with people across departments, functions, and levels. Position utilizes strong communication, analytical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills to drive continuous improvement and quickly resolve issues. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Become the plant expert on the overall operation and performance of equipment, including ongoing operation, changeovers, and sanitation of equipment. Function as trainer, coach, and mentor to employees operating equipment on all lines across all shifts.
