The Opportunity Description Schedule:12-hour shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Wednesday through Friday, with every other Saturday required. This follows a 2-2-3 rotation, providing a consistent, repeating schedule. What You'll Do
- Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on equipment including fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, and forklifts.
- Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output, and other key metrics.
- Adhere to safe work practices, good manufacturing practices (GMPs), and participate in safe behavior observation programs.
- Communicate effectively regarding issues that prevent operation according to standards and procedures.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for efficiency, production, and downtime reduction.
- Complete mathematical calculations as needed for production tasks.
- Conduct hourly quality checks to ensure products meet customer standards.
- Inspect raw materials against quality requirements prior to loading.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to maximize output.
- Participate in shift, team, and plant meetings as scheduled.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance line operations.
- Cross-train in other areas to support operations during downtimes.
- Keep workstations organized and clean to maintain safety and GMP compliance.

Experience Required for Your Success What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a clean manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with high-speed production equipment and/or basic maintenance preferred.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience a plus.
- Forklift experience preferred (training provided for new associates).
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including changes in temperature and weather.
