STARTING PAY $17.08

PLUS IF YOU WORK HARD AND HAVE GOOD ATTENDANCE, THE OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP AND GROW IN THE PRODUCTION CLASSIFICATION(S) ALONG WITH THE TIERED WAGE SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE. TOP PRODUCTION WAGE IN 2022 IS $23.98.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wears all required safety equipment and ensures area and environment is safe
• Operates, monitors and helps maintain machine/equipment (press, welders, etc.)
• Feeds equipment and tooling
• Move parts and product to appropriate positions
• Lift/push/pull parts weighing at times anywhere from 20-50 lbs.
• Perform daily operational checks to insure safety
• Complete shop floor documentation as required
• Perform quality checks and verify quality
• Conduct daily cleaning of the work area
• Repair product as required
• Operate machinery as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years old
• Punctual and regular attendance is required
• Ability and willingness to work any shift assigned
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends (over time and double time pay over 40 hours)
• Ability to work independently at multiple stations as a member of the production team
• Ability to lift/pull/push loads of 20-50 lbs. at an expected rate
• Ability to work in an upright/standing position for extended periods of time
