Job SummaryThe Production Technician reports directly to the Production Manager, supporting our New Jersey region. The Production Technician is responsible for overseeing and assisting with cultivation, harvesting, processing, and packaging cannabis products. This position ensures adherence to SOPs and maintains high-quality standards in all production activities, while actively participating in and guiding the Production Team. This role requires excellent time management skills and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
ResponsibilitiesPay Rate: $18.75/hr
