Hourly Rate: $21-$23

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Technician for the 1st shift in Fountain Inn. This role involves operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery to ensure the production of custom filtration products while adhering to safety and quality standards, all for a competitive pay of $21 an hour.

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain automated equipment for fabrication and packaging.
• Promote safety and enforce protocols within the work environment.
• Assess and troubleshoot machine performance regularly.
• Assist in training and cross-training team members.
• Execute and update the Preventive Maintenance plan.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
