This position is an onsite role, based in Indianapolis, IN at the Clif Bar Plant.
How You Will Contribute
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. You will:
- Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed.
- Operate computer-controlled processing equipment.
- Perform minor maintenance and upkeep of machinery utilizing basic hand tools.
- Maintain clean equipment and a clean work area following sanitation protocols.
- Work with a high-performance work team structure utilizing lean manufacturing principles.
- Participate in team building within your team and across all shifts.
- Perform all other related duties as requested.

Job Specific Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis
- Stand for long periods of time
- Bending, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Concrete floors
- 12-hour shifts
- The ability to read and write in English, Spanish, or Burmese language
Work Schedule
- Nights (Shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Compensation
- The hourly wage for this position is $23.90/hr. In addition, this position offers an annual incentive program of a target of 5% of your salary. In addition, Mondelez International offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, 401K retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
