  • Production Positions in dough make-up: involves dough mixing, operating dough machinery, loading pans onto a belt conveyor loading system, applying toppings, and placing into oven.
  • Production Packaging positions includes indexing product as it flows through the conveyor belts to be sliced, bagged, tied, coded, and sorted into trays for shipping.
Production Responsibilities:
  • Focus on product quality, and attention to detail as product moves through the baking process start to finish. Must document & track production variables, downtime, product samples.
  • Must follow QCP procedures and complete paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must follow company policies and procedures at all times
  • Must follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
  • Work as a member of a team or group of people
  • Must conduct activities in a safe manner, follow corporate safety guidelines and requirements (no cell phones, hand washing, etc.), use personal protective equipment, and proactively address any unsafe conditions observed.
  • Must be a Self-starter, get involved quickly, take on difficult tasks with enthusiasm.
  • Must maintain a high activity/productivity level. Operates with sense of urgency, efficiency, effectiveness and determination over extended periods of time.
RequirementsProduction Team Member Requirements:
  • Must have open availability- 8 hour shifts
  • $18.45/hour (3rd/night shift pay)
  • $18.25/hour (2nd shift pay)
  • $17.95/hour (1st shift pay)
  • $17.95/hour (1st/ day)
  • MUST be willing to work weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening
  • Previous experience in a Bakery (Preferred)
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand / walk over the course of an 8 or 12 hour shift
  • Ability to lift 55 pounds in certain jobs
  • Ability to work any available shift and overtime when needed
  • Candidate must be able to work overnight
  • Klosterman provides the candidates uniform
  • Required to purchase slip-resistant shoes prior to start date
