Assist supervisor in monitoring production personnel, equipment, and materials. Assist in communicating production priorities and procedures. Provide assistance on production lines in problem areas. Essential Functions. Identify material required for next run and ensure availability.. Assist supervisor in identifying required personnel assignments and monitors for effectiveness.. Identifies equipment set up and assist supervisor in communication process.. Monitors product to ensure acceptable quality throughout the process.. Assist supervisor with training.. Make checks of production equipment before, during and end of the shift. Other duties as assigned. Skills/ Qualifications. Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions along with basic math skills. Ability to work in and operate equipment in Curing and RRP department. Minimum 6 months previous experience.
