Racks parts in preparation for treatment based on pre-determined schedule obtained from Lead. Builds load bar by adding needed fixtures and tooling in order to rack material for processing. Ensures that all load bar connections are tightened properly in order to make certain electrical contact is made. Designs load bar (racking system), keeping the drainage ability, color coverage, and air pocket potential in mind while optimizing efficiency. Unloads and quality inspects parts to ensure they meet company and customer standards using appropriate quality checklist. Troubleshoots loading/unloading problems throughout the production process and chooses best course of action. Consults with lead and/or supervisor as necessary and for more complex issues. Accurately enters labor and material identification data into software system. Packages material according to customer specification with no damage to material.
