A U.S. manufacturer with a long history of innovation is seeking a Production Supervisor to join its leadership team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. The role requires a balance of technical knowledge, hands-on leadership, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
