We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Production Supervisors on our 1st & 2nd Shift.

Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to join a stable and reputable manufacturing company of engineered mechanical components. (1st Shift 7:30am -4:30pm & 2nd Shift 4:00pm - 12:45am)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overall direction, coordination of department(s) consisting multiple employees.
• Inspects products for conformance.
• Directs setup and adjustments of machines and process equipment.
• Sets/adjusts production schedules.
• Applies and enforces company policies and safety regulations
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Troubleshoot complicated equipment
• Inspection and Maintenance – familiarity with methods and procedures
• Must be able to lift or move up to 30 lbs.
• Other duties as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Associates Degree and minimum 5 years Supervisory experience. Mechanical abilities required. Metal Casting and or extrusion experience a plus. Other skills helpful: MRP/Inventory Control; Lean Manufacturing 5-S; and Quality Control. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
