Production Supervisor - Industrial Resource Group : Job Details

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of production processes. A four-year degree is not required - we value proven experience and leadership.
