Production Supervisor - LHH : Job Details

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Production Supervisor with a manufacturing company in Goldsboro, NC. This is a direct hire 3rd shift role supervising a team and helping the organization meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Training new employees how to perform and operate line duties and company policies and procedures
• Manage employees' attendance, issues, requests, performance reviews, and make sure employees adhere to company policy
• Maintain written records of production and communicate to employees and management any deviations from normal production specifications
• Hands-on production leadership; leading by example on the production floor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
