You are a Production Supervisor responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, performance and evaluation of employees.This position pays: $25 - $35/hour DOESchedule: Monday - Friday 3:15pm - 11:45pm or Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30amLocation: Santa Rosa, CAWhat You Will Be Doing

• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Support and development of employees including counseling and motivation.
• Manage employee schedules, sick / vacation time and job assignments.
• Recognize and correct any production inefficiencies.
• Follow schedule to meet On Time Delivery expectations.
• Ensure that mold protection settings are consistently at the lowest pressure setting while running productions.
• Ensure that the mold parting line is maintained and free of debris at all times by employees.
• Support IQMS activities.
• Support ISO standards.
• Actively seek system/process improvements.
• Demonstrate good communication skills to all levels of employees.
• Recognize, report, and correct any safety issues.

What You Bring

• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience of processing and troubleshooting skills
• Possesses working knowledge and understanding of molding operations.
• Leader who can make decisions when appropriate.
• Experienced in good manufacturing practices, quality initiatives and programs.
• Ability to encourage and build a team-oriented work environment.
• Possess Injection Molding processing skills.
