Production Supervisor - Tech USA : Job Details

The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's synthetic fiber products. In order to do this, the candidate will lead his production team, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating production to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, motivate and manage production staff (~10 associates)
• Lead production team in daily operations
• Lead by example, a hands on approach to running your team
• Night and Day Shift available!

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Extruded fiber or Non-Wovens Manufacturing experience needed
• Act independently
• Strong communication skills
