Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a team emphasizing strong engagement, continuous improvement, and quality
• Continuously collaborate with other departments and teams including sanitation, maintenance, and safety
• Mentor a team of operators/associates to effectively learn and enhance capabilities
• Uphold the standard that safe and defect free products are being made across the given area of the facility
• Continuously implement and lead safety programs and practices
• Collaborate with talent acquisition partners throughout onboarding for the team
• Handle conflict resolution with effective communication in difficult conversations

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in production supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced FDA regulated environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms is a plus
• Willingness to write detailed reports and correspondence
• Experience delivering feedback and holding colleagues accountable
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Must be willing to wear PPE while working at the facility (i.e. steel toe rubber boots, safety glasses, gloves)
• Must be willing to walk, stand, stoop, push and bend for an extended period of time up to 12 hours
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds
