ProSearch Recruiting Group is working with a local manufacturing company in Sonoma County to find a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor. This full-time, on-site role is a key leadership position responsible for managing production floor operations, optimizing workflow, and ensuring product delivery aligns with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and coordinate schedules to meet manufacturing targets and on-time delivery goals.
• Oversee team performance and resource allocation to drive efficiency and maintain high quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to production team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve equipment or material issues and address production delays.
• Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
• Track performance metrics and labor costs while ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
• Support the rollout of new products and adapt production strategies as needed.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and act as the bridge between floor operations and management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of supervisory experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and engage teams in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred for daily team interaction.

Education

• College diploma in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Electronics, or a related technical field.

Compensation: $70k - $90k per year plus full benefit package.
