Here you will supervise and support a team of production employees, oversee daily production schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor. The role includes implementing lean manufacturing principles, managing staffing levels, addressing production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like engineering, quality, and supply chain.This position demands strong communication, operational problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Based on rapid growth, the site is looking for leaders on all three shifts, with one opening each.
