Production Supervisor - Days (Onsite) - Broadridge Financial Solutions : Job Details

Shift: Early Week Day (EWD) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, alternating Wednesdays, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET. Receiving materials to the warehouse and distributing them to the Production floor. Sign off on all jobs, including material/media/indicia verification. Supervise approximately 15-25 employees, both permanent and temporary. Ensure all Operators have received proper technical training as well as ensuring quality and ISO training has been conducted. Cross-training associates across Production Operations to reduce labor costs and position associates on the proper equipment. Responsible for all mail industry production equipment such as Bindery, Insertion and Postal sort and knowing their capabilities, workflow improvements and limitations. Delegate and ensure all jobs on the Must-Mail list are prioritized and completed in the accurate order; track all hot jobs and ensure deadlines are met.
