Production Supervisor - 3rd shift - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, is seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor - 3rd shift

Location: Pottstown, PA

Pay Range: $29.25/hour

Shift: 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Oversee, provide leadership, and coordinate activities for production within the plant to ensure quality and productivity targets are attained.
• Supervise all employees in your department and manage the flow of production.
• Encourage teamwork within the lines and across all shifts.
• Monitor shop floor safety and train team members on operations and safety requirements.
• Actively participate in all aspects of quality control as it relates to daily production.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma required; college degree or some college preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing or assembly experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Solution-oriented with the ability to investigate and analyze data for problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work any shift and weekends as needed
