Our products feature innovative design and energy-saving technology.We have the following opening available for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor at our Hillsboro, NH Automotive Lighting facility, the only automotive lighting manufacturing location in NAFTA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision in our department on 2nd shift (2:45 pm to 11:15 pm)
• Collaborate closely with production personnel, managers, supervisors, and engineers across all 3 shifts to address concerns, resolve issues, and achieve key performance metrics
• Responsible for ensuring daily targets are met using proven managerial techniques
• Accountable for monitoring and tracking all daily production indicators

Who we are looking for

What we look for:

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline desirable
• Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience with a proven track record of success in a similar production environment is a must
• Strong Knowledge of MS tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong decision-making skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential qualities for this position
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people development skills are essential for this position
