Reports To: Director of Operations

Status: Salary - Exempt

• Supervising manufacturing staff, organizing workflow, and monitoring processes.
• Providing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of shifts.
• Supporting interviewing, training, planning, assigning work, and performance appraisals.
• Enforcing policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring a productive work environment.
• Analyzing performance data and resolving personnel and work-related issues.
• Coordinating with other departments and developing training programs.

• Associate's degree or 6 months to 1-year related experience.
• Basic or advanced computer skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with people, prioritize, and multi-task.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
