Position Responsibilities

Position: PRODUCTION MANAGER
Reports To: Director of Operations
Status: Salary - Exempt
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising manufacturing staff, organizing workflow, and monitoring processes.
- Providing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of shifts.
- Supporting interviewing, training, planning, assigning work, and performance appraisals.
- Enforcing policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Analyzing performance data and resolving personnel and work-related issues.
- Coordinating with other departments and developing training programs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Associate's degree or 6 months to 1-year related experience.
- Basic or advanced computer skills.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with people, prioritize, and multi-task.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
